Attached please fmdplans for a new fence for the south property line at our home at 1420 Oak Meadow
Rd. During the winter rains this January,about half of the 6 foot concrete block property wall fell into
our neighbor's yard_ Since we are already in construction in the back yard,we put up temporary fencing,
and have now gotten the plans ready for the repair_ Even though only half of the wall toppled over,the
contractor and the structural engineer fed strongly that the remaining wall should also be replaced
We(with the approval of our neighbors,John and Bonnie DeWitt)have decided to use TREX fencing
instead of concrete block The final product is elegant,and literally maintenance-free I have enclosed a
sample of the actual material with a TREX brochure. The fence is identical on both sides.
Of course we are anxious to get this underway,as our wonderful neighbors have had a lovely view of our
trash yard since January. Many thanks for your attention to this request
