Dear Mr. Stewart,
Pursuant to your request, I reviewed the plans for the proposed pool and spa at the site of the
above-mentioned residence, currently under construction. In particular, I reviewed the
proposed pool and spa plans in terms of the potential of surcharges due to adjacent structures.
I'm aware of the distances of the proposed pool and spain relation to both the pool house
patio structure and the drainage structure at the southwest corner of the property. .
Due to the location of the existing structures with relation to the pool and spa, and/or the
depth of the pool and spa structure at those locations, I confirm that no surcharge will be
realized either to or from the pool and spa structure in relation to these existing adjacent
structures.
