You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the pro-ject described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15303(a) from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the construction of one single-family residence; and B. Single-Family Design Review No. SFADR No. 19-11 and Zoning Clearance-Accessory Dwelling Unit No. ZCL-ADU No. 19-09 Project Description: A new 4,543 square foot two -story, Mediterranean-style residence with an attached 657 square foot, three-car garage, and a detached 1,000 square foot one-story accessory dwelling unit located at the rear of the site.
