You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15311(a) from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the installation of an on -premise sign; and B. Minor Use Permit No. MUP 19-15 & SADR 19-67 Project Description: A Minor Use Permit to allow installation of an electronic changeable monument sign and price sign at 701 W. Huntington Drive (Conserv Fuel). The project will also include the installation of new signage and graphics on the existing canopy, gasoline dispensers, and convenience store.
