You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15303 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the new construction of one single-family dwelling; and B. Single-Family Design Review No. SFADR No. 19-19 and Removal of Diseased/Hazardous Tree No. 20-01 Project Description: The applicant is proposing a new 3,360 square -foot, two-story, Prairie-style residence with an attached, 445 square-foot, two-car garage and a 1,050 square-foot basement. The applicant is proposing to remove a diseased Carrotwood tree located within the front yard.
