You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Single-Story Addition SSADR 20-04 and Major Administrative Modification No. Major AM 20-04 Project Description: The applicant is proposing a 685 square foot single -story addition, a 594 square foot attached tandem two-car garage, and remodel of an existing single-story single family residence located at 1828 S. 7th Avenue. A modification has been requested to allow a portion of the addition to encroach into the required 25’-0” rear yard setback. The addition will reduce the rear yard setback to 18’-0”.
