ADR 20-48 NOTICE OF PENDING DECISION IS HEREBY GIVEN that the property owner of the subject property is requesting an Administrative Modification. You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. A. Categorical Exemption per Sections 15301(e)(1) and 15305 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for an addition to an existing structure and minor adjustments to the setback. B. The applicant is also proposing minor façade improvements with this application.
