you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing
described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the [ARB Chairperson Name], at or
prior to the public hearing.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Santa Anita Village Architectural Review Board
(ARB) will hold a continued public hearing for the project described below. The project
includes the following:
A. A Categorical Exemption from California Environmental Quality Act.
PROJECT ADDRESS: 845 Balboa Drive
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A new 3,550 square foot, two-story residence with a 448
square foot, attached, two-car garage,
Lot Size: 10,219 sq. ft.
New Building Size (excluding the garage): 3,550 sq. ft.
Floor Area Ratio Proposed: 3550 sq. ft. =FAR of 34.7% (35% allowable)
