You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Section 15061(b)(3) the removal of a protected tree would not adversely change the environment. B. Healthy Tree Removal Application No. TRH 19-08 and Protected Tree Encroachment Application No. 20-05 Project Description: The Applicant is requesting to remove two (2) protected Stoney Pine trees located in the front yard to accommodate the development of a new single-family home. The Applicant is also requesting to encroach upon the canopy of two (2) protected Southern Magnolia trees located in the rear yard. The Ranch Santa Anita Residents’ Association has already reviewed and approved the architectural design of the new home. An appeal of this administrative deci sion may be filed within ten (10) days following the date of the decision with the required application and appeal fee. You may also visit the City’s website a t www.ArcadiaCA.gov/noticesanddecisions to view this notice, the architectural plans related to this project, and the approval/denial letter.
