You have the opportunity to comment on the pro-ject prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15303(a) from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the construction of one single-family residence; and B. Single-Family Design Review No. SFADR No. 20-04 Project Description: A new 2,828 square foot single-story, Prairie-style residence , with an attached 466 square foot attached two-car garage at 26 W.
