As part of the City of Arcadia’s COVID-19 transmission mitigation efforts, the April 28, 2020 Planning Commission meeting will be held virtually (live stream) and via teleconferencing to allow members of the public to observe and address the meeting telephonically. A. A Categorical Exemption from CEQA Pursuant to Section 15301(a) of the CEQA Guidelines pertaining to the use of an existing facility; and B. Conditional Use Permit No. CUP 20-05 Project Description: A Conditional Use Permit to allow the operation of a new bar and lounge (d.b.a. The Tap Lounge) within one of the new commercial units in the mixed-use development at 57 Wheeler Avenue, Unit D. The proposed business hours will be from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m., seven days a week.
