Multiple Family Architectural Design Review No. MFADR 18-03, Tentative Tract Map No. TPM 18-04 (82355), Healthy Protected Tree Removal Permit No. TRH 18-22, and Protected Tree Encroachment Permit No TRE 19-20 Project Description: A request to remove two protected trees in order to accommodate a new six (6) unit, Traditional style multifamily residential condominium development with surface parking. The condominiums will be three-stories tall and portions of the development will encroach within the dripline of four (4) protected trees.
