A notice of decision will be mailed to those residents and property owners who submi t written comments on this project or request in writing to be notified of the decision. An appeal of this administrative decision may be filed within ten (10) days followin g the date of the decision with the required application and appeal fee. You may also visit the City’s website at www.ArcadiaCA.gov/noticesanddecisions to view this notice, the architectural plans related to this project, and the approval/denial letter. In response to guidance received by the Federal, State, and local public health officials, City Hall is closed to the public; however, Staff is still available by email at planning@arcadica.gov. NOTICE OF PENDING DECISION IS HEREBY GIVEN that the property owner of the subject prop-erty is proposing to build a new two-story single family dwelling that is subject to the City’s Single Family Architectural Design Review process. You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15303(a) from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the construction of one single-family; and B.
