Under this process, no formal hearing is required. A notice of decision will be mailed to those residents and property owners who submi t written comments on this project or request in writing to be notified of the decision. An appeal of this administrative decision may be filed within ten (10) days followin g the date of the decision with the required application and appeal fee. You may also visit the City’s website at www.ArcadiaCA.gov/noticesanddecisions to view this notice, the architectural plans related to this project, and the approval/denial letter. In response to guidance received by the Federal, State, and local public health officials, City Hall is closed to the public; however, Staff is still available by email at planning@arcadica.gov. NOTICE OF PENDING DECISION IS HEREBY GIVEN that the property owner of the subject prop-erty is proposing to build a new two -story single family dwelling that is subject to the City’s Single Family Architectural Design Review process. You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15303(a) from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the construction of one single-family; and B. Single-Family Design Review No. SFADR No. 19-23 and Protected Tree Encroachment Permit No. TRE 20-02 Project Description: A new 5,632 square foot two-story, Mediterranean-style residence with an attached two-car garage and one-car garage totaling 646 square feet, which will encroach into a protected tree.
