You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15303 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the new construction of one single-family dwelling; and B. Single-Family Design Review No. SFADR No. 20-05 and Removal of Diseased/Hazardous Tree No. 20-11 Project Description: The Applicant is proposing a new 2,309 square -foot, single-story, Contemporary Traditional-style residence with an attached, 455 square-foot, two-car garage. The Applicant is also proposing to remove two (2) diseased trees; a 14-inche diameter Evergreen Pear tree and a 13-inche diameter Carrotwood tree located in the front yard.
