As part of the City of Arcadia’s COVID-19 transmission mitigation efforts, the May 26, 2020 Planning Commission meeting will be held virtually (live stream) and via teleconferencing to allow members of the public to observe and address the meeting telephonically. The project includes the following: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15332 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) – In-Fill Development; and B. Multiple Family Architectural Design Review No. MFADR 19-05 & Tentative Parcel Map No. TPM 20-01 (83012) Project Description: A request for a new three (3) unit, contemporary, multi -family residential condominium development with a Tentative Parcel Map.
