You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15301 and 15305 from the California Envi-ronmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the construction of an accessory structure and minor alteration in land use limitations; and B. Major Administrative Modification No. Major AM 20-08 Project Description: The applicant is proposing to legalize the non -permitted 290 square foot trellis in the rear yard of a property located at 1283 Oakglen Avenue. A modification has been requested to allow a portion of the trellis to encroach into the required 7’-3” side yard setback and 10’-0” rear yard setback. The trellis will reduce the side yard setback to 5’-6” and the rear yard setback to 6’-8”. The design of the non-permitted trellis has been approved by the Highlands Architec-tural Review Board.
