You are cordially invited to join a Zoom Meeting of the Architectural Review Board. For
sake of convenience I have asked project designer, Robert Tong, to host the meeting.

The meeting is being held to review proposed plans for a new home at 421 Vaquero Rd.
This meeting is considered a public hearing and all interested parties may participate and
comment in accordance with City of Arcadia Resolution No. 5287. City code requires
notification of any neighbor within 300 feet of the subject home. Attendance is not
mandatory.
Your comments are very much appreciated by the ARB either at the meeting or by mail
prior to the meeting. Any decision reached by the ARB may be appealed to the City in
accordance with City code.
