You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15303 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for a new single family dwelling; and B. Single-Family Design Review No. SFADR 17-40, Hazardous/Diseased Tree Removal Permit No. TRD 19-02, and Protected Tree Encroachment Permit No. TRE 19-09 Project Description: A new 4,771 square foot, one-story, single-family residence, with at-tached two-car garage. Two dead Sycamore trees will be removed from the project site and one Coast Live Oak tree will remain in the front yard. The project site is located on a private street. Lot Size: 15,986 square feet (14,205 net after easement) Existing Building Size (excluding the garage): 1,646 square feet New Building Size (excluding the garage): 4,771 square feet Floor Area Ratio Proposed: 4,837 square feet and 34% Floor Area Ratio Allowed: 5,966 square feet and 42% Comment Period: Wednesday, May 8, 2019 to Monday, May 21, 2019 by 5:30 PM 1827
