You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15303 (a) from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the construction of one single-family residence; and B. Single-Family Design Review No. SFADR No. 19-17 & Protected Tree Encroachment No. TRE 19-29 Project Description: A new 2,426 square foot, one-story, single-family residence, with a detached 441 square foot two-car garage, which will encroach into a protected tree.
