As part of the City of Arcadia’s COVID-19 transmission mitigation efforts, the May 26, 2020 Planning Commission meeting will be held virtually (live stream) and via teleconferencing to allow members of the public to observe and address the meeting telephonically. A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15301 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for an addition to an existing structure; and B. Homeowners’ Association Appeal No. HOA 20-01 Project Description: An appeal of the Highlands Homeowners ’ Association Architectural Review Board’s denial of a regular review application for a first and second story addition, which includes a modification to maintain an 8’-0” side yard setback in lieu of 8’-8” for the first story addition at 2011 Highland Oaks Drive.
