A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA,
CALIFORNIA, EXTENDING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CITY
COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 7210 ESTABLISHING COMPENSATION
AND RELATED BENEFITS FOR CITY COUNCIL, EXECUTIVE
MANAGEMENT, MANAGEMENT, AND UNREPRESENTED
CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, On March 20, 2018, The City Council adopted Resolution No. 7210
establishing compensation and related benefits for City Council, Executive Management,
Management, and Unrepresented Confidential Employees; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 7210 became effective April 1 , 2018, and the
compensation, benefits, and other terms and conditions therein were to remain effective
until Resolution No. 7210 is modified and amended; and
WHEREAS, The City Council desires and intends to reaffirm that the
compensation, benefits, and other terms and conditions set forth in Resolution No. 7210
shall remain in effect past June 30, 2020, and until modified or amended by resolution of
the City Council in the future;
NOW THEREFORE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA
DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . The City Council reaffirms that the terms and provisions set forth in
Resolution 7210 shall remain in effect beyond June 30, 2020, and until modified or
amended by resolution of the City Council in the future.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.

RESOLUTION NO. 7325
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING CERTAIN
TRANSFER AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE CITY OF
ARCADIA AND THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY FLOOD
CONTROL DISTRICT ("DISTRICT") FOR THE SAFE,
CLEAN WATER PROGRAM — MUNICIPAL PROGRAM AND
REGIONAL PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Clean Water ("SCW') Program, also known as Measure W, was
approved by the voters on November 6, 2018;
WHEREAS, District, pursuant to the Los Angeles Region Safe, Clean Water
("SCW") Program ordinance (Chapter 16 of the Los Angeles County Flood Control District
Code) and the SCW Program Implementation Ordinance (Chapter 18 of the Los Angeles
County Flood Control District Code), administers the SCW Program for the purpose of
funding Projects and Programs to increase stormwater and urban runoff capture and
reduce stormwater and urban runoff pollution in the District;
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 16.04.A.2. of the Los Angeles County Flood
Control District Code, forty percent (40%) of annual SCW Program tax revenues shall be
allocated to cities "Municipalities" within the District, in the same proportion as the amount
of revenues collected within each Municipality, to be expended by those cities within the
cities' respective jurisdictions and by the County within the unincorporated areas that are
within the boundaries of the District, for the implementation, operation and maintenance,
and administration of Projects and Programs, in accordance with the criteria and
procedures established in Chapters 16 and 18 of the Los Angeles County Flood
Control District Code;

WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 16.05.A.1. of the Los Angeles County Flood
Control District Code, prior to their receipt of SCW Program funds, Municipalities must
enter into an agreement with District to transfer SCW Program funds; and
WHEREAS, the County of Los Angeles Board of Supervisors has approved a
standard template Agreement for the Municipal Program and Regional Program, as
required by and in accordance with Section 18.09 of the Los Angeles County Flood
Control District Code, for the transfer of SCW Program funds to Municipalities.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA,
CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . The City Council hereby approves the Transfer Agreement and
addenda template between the City of Arcadia and Los Angeles County Flood Control
District approved by the Los Angeles Board of Supervisors on June 9, 2020, as attached
hereto.
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby authorizes and directs the City Manager to
execute the Transfer Agreement on behalf of the City, substantially in the form attached
hereto.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
