SUBJECT: Appeal of Planning Commission ’s Approval of Conditional
Use Permit No. CUP 20-08

Dear Mr. Tepper:
At the September 15, 2020 City Council meeting, the Council voted
unanimously to deny the appeal of the Planning Commission’s approval of
Conditional Use Permit No. CUP 20-08, and uphold the Planning Commission’s
approval to allow the sale of beer, wine, and distilled spirits for off-site
consumption and extended hours of operation with a categorical exemption
under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for Groc ery Outlet at
140 E. Live Oak Avenue. Attached is the adopted Resolution No. 7333.
