As part of the City of Arcadia’s COVID-19 transmission mitigation efforts, the October 27, 2020 Planning Commission meeting will be held virtually (live stream) and via teleconferencing to allow members of the public to observe and address the meeting telephonically. The project includes the following: A. A Categorical Exemption from CEQA Pursuant to Section 15301(a) of the CEQA Guidelines pertaining to the use of an existing facility; and B. Conditional Use Permit No. CUP 20-06 Project Description: A Conditional Use Permit to allow the operation of a learning center (dba: Level Up) of up to thirty (30) students at 8 E. Foothill Blvd. The proposed business hours during school months are from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The proposed business hours during summer months are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
