Huntington Drive P.O. Box 60021 NOTICE OF PENDING DECISION IS HEREBY GIVEN that the property owner of the subject property is requesting a Major Administrative Modification. You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15301 and 15305 from the California Envi-ronmental Quality Act (CEQA) for an addition to an existing accessory struc-ture and minor alteration in land use limitations; and B. Major Administrative Modification No. Major AM 20-15 Project Description: The applicant is proposing a new 139 square foot covered porch and a 625 square foot addition to an existing detached pool house located at 995 Hampton Road. A modification has been requested to allow a portion of the addi-tion to the existing pool house to encroach into the required 15’-8” side yard setback. The proposed addition will reduce the side yard setback to 5’-0”. The design of the proposed covered porch and addition to the existing pool house has been approved by the Rancho Santa Anita Property Owners’ Association Architectural Review Board.
