You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15301(e)(1) from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as an addition to an existing structure; and B. Single-Family Design Review No. SFADR No. 20-12 Project Description: The Applicant is requesting to add a 382 square foot patio cover and a 60 square foot pantry and laundry room on the first floor and a 209 square foot master bedroom with a balcony on the second floor of an existing two-story house. The application also includes façade improvements to the windows and roof.
