Box 60021 Arcadia, CA 91066 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for the project described below. As part of the City of Arcadia’s COVID-19 transmission mitigation efforts, the December 8, 2020 Planning Commission meeting will be held virtually (live stream) and via teleconferencing to allow members of the public to observe and address the meeting telephonically. The project includes the following: A. A Categorical Exemption from CEQA Pursuant to Section 15301(a) of the CEQA Guidelines pertaining to the use of an existing facility; and B. Planning Commission Administrative Modification No. PC AM 20 -01 Project Description: A request to approve an updated Parking Plan at the Arcadia Hub Shopping Center that will continue to allow some uses to change over time at this center through an administrative process based on the existing parking supply. Similar to the previous Parking Plan, this updated Plan will be valid for five years or until there are no available parking spaces, whichever comes first.
