You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Sections 15303 and 15305 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as part of the construction of a new one single-family dwelling and a minor adjustment to the required setback. B. Administrative Major Modification No. AM Major 20-16 Project Description: A modification request to allow a new garage with a rear yard setback of 5 feet in lieu of the required ten-foot rear yard setback for a detached accessory structure. The new garage is part of a new single-family development on the subject site. The project was reviewed and approved by the Rancho Santa Anita Resident’s Association.
