As part of the City of Arcadia’s COVID-19 transmission mitigation efforts, the December 22, 2020 Planning Commission meeting will be held virtually (live stream) and via teleconferencing to allow members of the public to observe and address the meeting telephonically. The project includes the following: A. Categorical Exemption from CEQA Pursuant to Section 15301(a), Class 1 of the CEQA Guidelines pertaining to the use of an existing facility, and B. Amendment to Conditional Use Permit No. CUP 17-11 Project Description: An amendment to Conditional Use Permit No. 17 -11 to allow 99 Barbell Fitness, an existing personal training facility, to add physical therapy and acupuncture services to their existing business at 36 W. Live Oak Avenue. There will be no change to the maximum amount of patrons (30) allowed at any given time or to their current business hours which are 5:00 AM to 12:00 AM, Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM on Saturday, and 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM on Sunday.
