You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15305 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for a minor alteration in land use limitations; and B. Major Administrative Modification No. Major AM 20-20 and Sign Architectural Design Review No. SADR 20-42 Project Description: The applicant is proposing to install three new wall signs and a Modi-fication is requested to allow the total aggregate wall sign area to exceed the maximum permit-ted area of 150 square feet by an additional 64 square feet for a total aggregate wall sign area of 214 square feet.
