The project includes the following: A. A Categorical Exemption from CEQA Pursuant to Section 15332 of the CEQA Guidelines—In-Fill Development; and B. Multiple Family Architectural Design Review No. MFADR 19-04 and Tentative Parcel Map No. TPM 20-03 Project Description: A proposal to develop a new, three -story, three (3) unit, Spanish style, multi-family residential condominium development.
