Per Government Code Section 65009 – If you challenge this project in court or in administrative hearing,
you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described
in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the [ARB Chairperson Name], at or prior to the
public hearing.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rancho Santa Anita Resident’s Association Architectural
Review Board (ARB) will hold a public hearing for the project described below. The project
includes the following:
A. A Categorical Exemption from California Environmental Quality Act Pursuant to Section
15XXX for [exemption description]; and
B. 1100 Encanto Dr
PROJECT ADDRESS: 1100 Encanto Dr
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A new 3,664 square foot, two-story, Traditional style residence, with
a 430 square foot, attached, two-car garage, and a 640 square foot basement. The proposed
improvements will encroach into the protected zone of eight (8) protected trees.
Lot Size: 14,380 sq. ft.
