The project includes the following: A. A Categorical Exemption from CEQA Pursuant to Section 15332 of the CEQA Guidelines—In-Fill Development; and B. Minor Use Permit No. MUP 20-03, Architectural Design Review No. ADR 19-13, and Tentative Tract Map No. TTM 20-03 (83042) Project Description: A new mixed-use development that will consist of two stories of residential units (12 condominium units) over 3,480 square feet of ground floor commercial uses and a two-level parking structure.
