As part of the City of Arcadia’s COVID-19 transmission mitigation efforts, the Planning Commission meeting will be held virtually (via Zoom) and by teleconferencing to allow members of the public to observe and address the meeting telephonically. The project includes the following: A. Categorical Exemption from CEQA Pursuant to Section 15332 of the CEQA Guidelines – In-Fill Development, and B. Multiple Family Architectural Design Review No. MFADR 20 -05, Tentative Tract Map No. TTM 20-05 (83240), Healthy Protected Tree Removal Permit No. TRH 20-08, and Protected Tree Encroachment Permit No. TRE 20-20 Project Description: A proposal to construct a new, three -story, 13-unit, Modern style, multi-family residential condominium development. The proposed project would require the removal of three (3) protected oak trees in order to accommodate the development, and to allow a portion of the project to encroach within the driplines of a protected oak tree.
