You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described be-low: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15301 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for an addition to an existing structure; and B. Single-Family Design Review No. SFADR No. 19-29 Project Description: A 512 square foot single-story addition, a new 697 square foot two-story addition, and 51 square foot covered porch to an existing 1,182 square foot single -story single family dwelling. The previous notice incorrectly listed 1st Avenue on the map instead of the correct street of Wigwam Ave-nue. As a result the comment period has been extended.
