Board will hold a public hearing for the project described below. The project includes the
following:

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: New Single Family Residence
Lot Size: 12,000 sq. ft.
Existing Building Size (excluding the garage):
New Building Size (excluding the garage): 3,585 sq. ft.
Floor Area Ratio Proposed: 3566 sq ft.
Floor Area Ratio Allowed: 4800 sq. ft.
