You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Sections 15301 and 15305 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the construction of an accessory structure and minor alteration in land use limitations; and B. Administrative Major Modification No. AM Major 21-04 Project Description: A modification request to allow a new 250 square foot cabana with a side yard setback of 5 feet in lieu of the required 10 foot side yard setback for a detached accessory structure. The design of the new cabana was reviewed and approved by the Rancho Santa Anita Residents’ Association.
