you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described
in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the [ARB Chairperson Name], at or prior to the
public hearing.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rancho Santa Anita HOA Architectural Review
Board will hold a public hearing for the project described below. The project includes the
following:
PROJECT ADDRESS: 895 San Vicente RD
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: New Addition and Remodel
Lot Size: 21,270 sq. ft.
Existing Building Size (excluding the garage):
New Building Size (excluding the garage): 3772 sq. ft.
Floor Area Ratio Proposed: 3566 sq ft.
Floor Area Ratio Allowed: 6804 sq. ft.
