You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15303(a) from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the construction of one single-family; B. A portion of the main dwelling will encroach into the protected zone of a protected Oak tree.
