Board will hold a public hearing for the project described below. The project includes the
following:

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Addition of ADU
Lot Size: 15562 sq. ft.
Existing Building Size (excluding the garage): 3108 sq ft
New Building Size (excluding the garage): addition of 634 sq ft
Floor Area Ratio Proposed: n/a
Floor Area Ratio Allowed: n/a
