public hearing.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rancho Santa Anita HOA Architectural Review
Board will hold a public hearing for the project described below. The project includes the
following:

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: New Single Family Residence
Lot Size: 37,459 sq. ft.
Existing Building Size (excluding the garage):
New Building Size (excluding the garage): 6600 sq. ft.
Floor Area Ratio Proposed: 7473
Floor Area Ratio Allowed: 9668
