The Project includes the following: A. A Categorical Exemption from CEQA Pursuant to Section 15301(e) and 15305 of the CEQA Guidelines pertaining to a minor addition to an existing structure and a minor alteration to the land use limitations; and B. Single Family Architectural Design Review No. SFADR 21-08 and Administrative Modification No. PC AM 21-02  Project Description: The Applicant is requesting approval to construct a 1,170 square foot one-story addition and a 205 square foot two-story addition to the existing two-story house, which will become a rebuild at 252 Sharon Road. The proposed project would maintain the existing side yard setback that varies from 8’-5” to 9’-0” in lieu of the required setback of 9’-9”, and a second floor addition with a 9’-0” and 11’-0” westerly side yard setback instead of 19’-8”. No portion of the new additions on either floor will further encroach into the required setbacks of the existing main house.
