It is also determined that the existing residential electrical panel matches all ratings shown in the electrical diagram. Corrosion, age, and weather conditions may contribute to the deterioration of labels that identify specifications of the service panel. We have analyzed the existing electrical panel and base our conclusion on factors such as: 1. Evaluation of main service panels of similar nearby properties that contain appropriate labeling that is similar in characteristics. 2. Understanding and familiarity of the make and model of the existing main service panel, number of ocpd slots, and also the physical characteristics of the bus bar and wire feeders.
