NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rancho Santa Anita HOA Architectural Review
Board will hold a public hearing for the project described below. The project includes the
following:
PROJECT ADDRESS: 860 Volante Drive
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A new 4,245 square foot, 1- story French Country single
family residence with a 440 square foot, attached, two-car garage, 373 square foot
covered patio and 365 square foot cabana.
Lot Size: 18,200 sq. ft.
New Building Size (excluding the garage): 4,245 sq. ft.
Floor Area Ratio Proposed: 4,610 sq. ft.
Floor Area Ratio Allowed: 6,190 sq. ft.
