You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15303 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the new construction of one single-family dwelling; and B. Single-Family Design Review No. SFADR No. 21-09 and Protected Tree Encroachment No. TRE 21-21 Project Description: The Applicant is proposing a new 6,300 square-foot, two-story, Spanish-style residence with an attached four-car garage, and a 1,349 square foot basement. A protected tree permit is required to allow new landscaping and hardscape to encroach underneath the canopy of a protected Olive Tree at the rear of the property.
