HomeMy WebLinkAboutNotice of Pending DecisionNotice of Pending Decision - MUP 21-13 NOTICE OF PENDING DECISION IS HEREBY GIVEN that a tenant of the subject property is requesting a Minor Use Permit to operate a small fitness center (Pilates studio). You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15301 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the use of an existing facility, such as the existing tenant space in an existing multitenant commercial building; and B. Minor Use Permit No. MUP 21-13 Project Description: A Minor Use Permit to allow a new Pilates studio at 105 E. Huntington Drive. The Pilates studio will cater to individual sessions and small classes with up to four (4) Pilate machines. The proposed business hours are from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 3:30 PM to 8:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. The application also includes a request to allow extended hours of operation in order to open at 5:00 AM on weekdays.
