You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15303 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the new construction of one single-family dwelling; and B. Single-Family Design Review No. SFADR No. 19 -27 and Protected Tree Encroachment No. TRE 21-16 Project Description: The Applicant is proposing a new 4,130 square-foot, two-story, Prairie-style residence with an attached two-car garage. The new driveway will encroach underneath the canopy of a protected tree in the front yard.
