You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemptions per Section 15301 and 15305 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the use of an existing facility and minor alterations to land use limitations; and B. Minor Use Permit No. MUP 21-18, Major Administrative Modification No. Major AM 21-12, and Architectural Design Review No. ADR 21-15 Project Description: A Minor Use Permit and a parking modification to allow the sale of alcoholic beverages for on-site consumption (Type 41 ABC License) in conjunction with a new restaurant (d.b.a. Little Provence). The business will include outdoor seating with 24 seats along Naomi Avenue. The parking modification is to provide less parking on-site and to utilize on-street parking. The proposed business hours are from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM, daily.
