HomeMy WebLinkAboutNotice of Pending Decision - Amendment to SFADR 18-36NOTICE OF PENDING DECISION IS HEREBY GIVEN that the property owner of the subject property is proposing to amend a previously approved single-family residence that was subject to the City’s Single- Family Architectural Design Review process. You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the amended project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15303 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the new construction of one single-family dwelling; and B. Amendment to Single-Family Design Review No. SFADR No. 18-36 and Protected Tree Encroachment No. 19-36 Project Description: The Applicant is requesting to amend the architectural style of a previously approved project from a Spanish-style to a Contemporary-style for a new 7,460 square-foot, two-story, residence with an attached, 660 square-foot, three-car garage. The amendment also includes minor changes to the interior layout of the first and second floor, the extension of the second floor balcony at the rear by 2 feet, and the relocation of the previously approved detached, 540 square -foot cabana.
