You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15301(e)(1) from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as an addition to an existing structure; and B. Single-Family Design Review No. SFADR No. 21-22 Project Description: The Applicant is proposing to add 340 square -feet to the first floor to accommodate a new wok kitchen and extend the nook area. The Applicant is also proposing to extend an existing second floor balcony by 3 feet at the rear of the house that will align with the nook area on the ground floor. The additions will match the exterior materials and colors of the exiting house.
